There’s recently been an exciting development at Affari Towers, in the form of a brand new board room!

A growing team and an increase in clients wishing to come and visit us have resulted in us requiring more break out areas in our open plan space. But, being the creatives that we are, ‘magnolia’ was never going to be a colour option put forward for the decor of our new boardroom! Instead we worked together to come up with artwork for our new space that resonated with us all…

Emblazoned on the exterior wall are the words ‘Be Brave.’; a bold statement that every employee here feels drawn to, but nobody more so than our Managing Director Craig, who co-founded Affari and began building our legacy almost 6 years ago.

Sadly, in that time, Craig lost the person who inspired him to start our brave business in the first place; his Dad, Bill Brothers. So, it only seemed right that our new board room was aptly named ‘Bill’s Room’; as a small tribute to recognise the influence that Bill’s amazing work ethic instilled in both Craig’s, and therefore Affari’s culture and core values;

“Bill’s Room is inspired by my late father. My dad – Bill passed away May 2017, in the days leading up to Affari’s 5th birthday, following a long & brave fight against cancer…my Dad continues to be my hero & inspiration, as a role model in being a Dad myself but also in regards to my work ethic. I’ve never witnessed a work ethic like it, and he instilled the same in me, as such, I owe my continued drive to him. Bill’s Room is a tribute to my Dad’s work legacy & a space that will host client workshops, internal meetings & fun get-togethers, which will, in turn ensure Affari continues to thrive.”

Craig Brothers – Managing Director, Affari.

Our new board room was officially opened on 20th February 2018, by none other than Craig’s mum, Rhonda Brothers, who cut the ribbon and welcomed us in with food and wine!

We’re confident that Bill’s room will serve as a space that will become the birthplace of our next big ideas and ambitions, not only paving Affari’s future, but paying tribute to our past, and we can’t wait to share the room with our clients and colleagues.
