Fujitsu Mobility Leadership Forum

We were challenged by the Mobility DX team within Fujitsu to construct a campaign concept for their Mobility Leadership Forum. The central theme for the brief was to attract highly regarded experts and commentators within the sector therefore enhancing the event content.

We proposed an ambitious all-encompassing campaign which included both digital and print collateral, the assets to spark intrigue amongst the targets, ultimately encouraging their participation. The collective expertise and know-how had two clear aims – to cement Fujitsu’s position as leaders in this area…demonstrated within a dynamic virtual event.

The first step was to create a brand from which we could then build all campaign assets. Our creative team worked hand-in-hand with the Fujitsu Mobility team to ensure we created a foundation which epitomised the event, targets and themes.

Microsite

Following the development of the core brand and messaging we moved to build the campaign microsite, the microsite was to act as both a promotional piece whilst also providing a central hub for the event and associated information (ongoing). Again, working closely with the Fujitsu Mobility team further messaging was developed to populate the web page.

The site is built on WordPress allowing the Mobility team to populate the site ongoing with updated information; latest developments, initiatives and events, without the need for external support. As standard we built the site to ensure responsiveness to all devices; web, tablet and phone.

Filmed at Fujitsu’s UK HQ our team recorded a piece to camera with Head of Mobility – Paul Warburton. The piece utilised to welcome/invite subject matter experts to the Forum, therefore, visualising Paul’s passion for the topic being key to the production.

The video team worked with our creative team to bring the video further to life with on brand graphics.

To further support the campaign, our team created an event animation. The brief was to be concise and succinct whilst ensuring key messages were included i.e. what was the event, intended participants and points of discussion. The final output being 90 seconds in duration, covering all required messaging points within an engaging and on brand environment.

Video Box Mail Out

To provide some real differentiation and capture the audiences attention we proposed the use of a bespoke printed box that housed the welcome and introduction animation. Whilst working on the requirements we developed the idea further, incorporating a ceramic tray, clippers and a water mister to give the attendees the tools to care for a Bonsai tree, forming part of the invitation.

The boxes were delivered worldwide, as far afield as Tokyo. The concept achieved real engagement with the target audience.

A series of supporting email templates were designed offering the Mobility team further engagement points, both pre and post event. The templates were constructed to ensure ease of adaptation by the team, so as to reflect current discussion points.

Podcast Video

Given the event was virtual, utilising elements of Microsoft Teams we proposed a recap video in the style of a podcast. The asset allows participants to review content whilst also keeping track of the events as they progress. Key talking points highlighted as takeaways.

Within this campaign, there were multiple deliverables in differing specialities with challenging timescales. Affari worked as one to execute and deliver everything within budget in a way that exceeded all our expectations.
