Ugo Group are a specialist in construction, finishing work, furnishing and procurement services, but were in need of a complete brand refresh to more effectively engage and communicate these offerings to their target audiences.
Affari was selected as the chosen agency to completely reimagine the Ugo brand and apply it to all company-wide collateral. All outward facing material received a complete overhaul which included a new colour palette, typography and image treatment. Following an extensive re-brand, we successfully rebuilt Ugo Group’s website from the ground up, delivering a multilingual experience that covers an extensive catalogue of over 30+ property developments. Affari was selected as the chosen agency to completely reimagine the Ugo brand and apply it to all company-wide collateral. Process: Concept development, image sourcing, typography and colour scheme.
We were tasked with reimagining the Ugo Group brand, to create a luxurious, high-class, modern aesthetic. Our initial process involved four designers digitally sketching and mapping potential ideas. These concepts were based on the structural lines found in building architecture, with three tiers to the logo that add the depth of a cityscape. These layers subtly show the letter U, which then becomes more visible when the logo is scaled down. Once we had created the identity, we then refined and supplied several variations to Ugo Group, along with colour theory, image treatment and various identity examples of how the new brand would be utilised.

Once Ugo Group had selected an identity, we developed the brand further by establishing typography, logo lockups and a finalised colour palette to ensure brand consistency. We believe from our research that a gold colour palette radiates luxury, but can be overpowering when overused. We countered this by utilising grey undertones to balance the gold, creating a modern and elegant finish.
Process: Layout, UX/UI, design and imagery.
Once Ugo Group had selected an identity, we developed the brand further by establishing typography, logo lockups and a finalised colour palette to ensure brand consistency.
